- Mass Torts, Products Liability, & Complex Litigation
The firm regularly handles multi-party litigation, including suits involving injuries already suffered as a result of exposure to asbestos and asbestos-related products, as well as other so-called "toxic torts". The attorneys have extensive experience in this area and also defend companies against product liability claims alleging environmental, industrial, and occupational disease and injury. The firm also serves as national defense counsel in asbestos litigation for major U.S. insurance companies.

The firm represents several municipalities in litigation matters through their self-insurance pool administered by the Mississippi Municipal Association.
